Kings Inn was a total pleasant surprise! I read the reviews before booking our room, nothing negative. The reviews lived up to their claims; in fact the place was better than the photos depicted. It was newly renovated, inside and out, new mattresses, TV, microwaves, and even the wood floors were new! The beds were really comfortable! The staff was friendly and very helpful, and the place was very CLEAN!!! The breakfast offering is still in progress. Coffee and tea are available in each room, along with a microwave, refrigerator and TV. The inn is very close to restaurants, both fast food and sit down; just take your pick. We called ahead to request an earlier check-in and to be accommodated for mobility issues. The owner graciously met our needs. We chose Kings Inn because we were in town for a wedding at Flat Bottom Creek Ranch, 15 miles away. You can't beat the price at Kings Inn for CLEANLINESS, COMFORT, BETTER THAN AVERAGE ACCOMMODATIONS, AND GREAT STAFF!

There was working coin laundry of one washer, one dryer placed outside under an awning. Ice machine was outdated and did not work. TV was good with great channels and sound. Clean room with very comfy bed. Employee was excellent, friendly, funny and helpful. Parking lot was well lit and the facility outside is under camera surveillance. We felt comfortable, welcomed and will return for the price.

Oh, and the wifi is great if you need it for work or play, and to be honest, it's a great price. The customer comes first here, and that's nice because that's not always the case at other hotels.

It's budget friendly, always clean and quiet..the house keeper went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed..didn't get her name...I would recommend to anyone the hotel. Staff in the front was very friendly and professional..I will definitely stay here again!
